In this section I will publish texts developed over some 40 years of assessing medico-legal claims. Although written for psychiatrists and lawyers, they give the layperson a better understanding of issues, which affect us all. I welcome comments that would improve the texts. I will incorporate them into what should become an increasingly reliable resource.
