The purchase of ANBEL Services products may be effected via our online transaction facilities, may be outsourced to reputable industry service providers, such as CommWeb from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The service processing your transaction will be identified clearly during the purchase process. Should any issue arise with a third party service used by ANBEL Services, we will always seek to assist the purchaser in a timely manner within our business hours.
GST and Sales Tax
Unless specified otherwise, all prices are shown on the ANBEL Services (brainaction.com) website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international customers residing outside Australia, the export pricing will not include Australian GST.
All ANBEL Services products require payment in advance of delivery unless a variation is otherwise agreed upon in writing between the purchaser and ANBEL Services. Product pricing will be clearly stated for purchaser review prior to the transaction being processed.
ANBEL Services ships products using Australia Post services and delivery is dependent on their service offering, which normally includes parcel tracking. We will always seek to dispatch product promptly, although apart from differences in geographical location, delivery time may also vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Prior to making purchase, please note that ANBEL Services does not accept returns on eBooks and printed books, although we reserve the right to vary this policy on a case by case basis. Before returning any items please contact us using the contact page to document your reason for requiring a return. If you received a faulty or damaged product, we require notification within 2 business days of the delivery date.
ANBEL Services will always strive to deliver a trouble-free transaction. On the rare occasion, there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as a temporary system or infrastructure failure, which may introduce an unforeseen delay. Under these circumstances, we will do everything within its power to resolve the situation in a timely fashion. The bottom line: we want happy customers!
This website is subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If there is a dispute between you and ANBEL Services which results in litigation then you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of New South Wales.
